Setup Cpanel Email on Gmail
Configure Gmail to Fetch Emails from cPanel:
Log in to your Gmail account.
Go to "Settings" > "See all settings" > "Accounts and Import".
Click "Add a mail account" and enter your cPanel email address.
Choose "Add Account".
On the next screen, you'll be prompted to enter the POP settings:
Username: Your full cPanel email address.
Password: Your cPanel email account password.
POP Server: Your cPanel server address (usually mail.your-domain.com or similar).
Port: Typically 995 for SSL/TLS or 110 for non-SSL/TLS.
Click "Add Account".
Configure Gmail to Send Emails from cPanel:
On the same "Accounts and Import" page in Gmail, click "Yes" to set up options for sending email.
You'll be prompted to enter the SMTP settings:
Username: Your full cPanel email address.
Password: Your cPanel email account password.
SMTP Server: Your cPanel server address (usually mail.your-domain.com or similar).
Port: Typically 465 for SSL/TLS or 587 for non-SSL/TLS.
Click "Add Account".
Verify Your cPanel Email Address:
Gmail will send a verification code to your cPanel email address.
Check your cPanel inbox and enter the code in your Gmail account.
Click "Verify".
